St Lukes Hospice, Plymouth.  St Luke’s is a charity providing specialist end of life and palliative care to people in Harrow and Brent, enabling them to achieve the best possible quality of life.

Cadogan Court, Exeter.  Situated along the outskirts of the historic city of Exeter, Cadogan Court is surrounded by landscape gardens and stunning views over the city and Cathedral.  The Home provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support.  We can support up to 70 residents with permanent care or short stay respite breaks.

North Devon Hospice.  We are a local charity providing specialist care and support to people who are affected by a life-limiting illness.  Although many of our patients have cancer, we also care for people who have other life-limiting illnesses too, such as Motor Neurone Disease, Heart Failure and COPD, among others.  Our patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do
